Come on down to the Farm! Established in 2014 by the School of Earth, Energy & Environmental Sciences, the O'Donohue Family Stanford Educational Farm is a six-acre living laboratory of sustainable small-scale and urban agriculture for the Stanford community and beyond. It contains more than 200 varieties of vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and field crops and provides 15,000 pounds of produce a year for Stanford’s farm-to-campus program. The farm provides hands-on learning and research opportunities for students, as well as tours, workshops, wellness courses and volunteer opportunities for the Stanford community and Bay Area residents. Attend an orientation to become a volunteer or a docent—gloves and tools are provided!
