Register now for the Tuition Grant Program Q&A Session on Tues, March 23, 10-11:15 a.m. (PT). Learn more about how eligible employees who have a dependent child entering or returning to college to earn an undergraduate degree can submit a Tuition Grant Program (TGP) application for the 2023/2024 academic year starting on April 1st. Register in STARS for the Q&A session

The topic, "Compensation 101 for Managers," offers an opportunity to learn about Stanford’s staff pay administration from compensation experts.   • Leading hybrid and remote teams (Wednesday, February 22, 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PST) For managers who want practical strategies for managing a distributed team. Facilitated by Stanford's Director of Workplace Experience. Register for the workshop on STARS.

  • Supporting each other through today’s challenges (Tuesday, February 28, 12-1 p.m. PST) For managers who want to connect with other managers and share in a confidential setting. Facilitated by Faculty Staff Help Center Clinicians. Register for the discussion group here.

California now requires employers like Stanford to include an expected pay range on every job posting. Employees may come to you as their manager with questions or concerns about their compensation. Please work with your HR representative on questions about compensation or pay ranges for current employees.
