Learn more about how eligible employees who have a dependent child entering or returning to college to earn an undergraduate degree can submit a Tuition Grant Program (TGP) application for the 2023/2024 academic year starting on April 1st. The topic, "Compensation 101 for Managers," offers an opportunity to learn about Stanford’s staff pay administration from compensation experts. Facilitated by Stanford's Healthy Living instructors. There are several classes to choose from, but consider sponsoring a Vision Board and Creative Intentions workshop to kick off your team’s New Year with a wellness-infused experience. Or, you and your colleagues can register for the class individually using STAP funds.

California now requires employers like Stanford to include an expected pay range on every job posting. Employees may come to you as their manager with questions or concerns about their compensation. Please work with your HR representative on questions about compensation or pay ranges for current employees.
