Expanded access to primary care
If you are enrolled in Stanford Choice HDHP, Stanford Select Copay Health Plan, or ACA Basic HDHP, you can get primary care through Crossover Health's in-person or virtual clinics. This expanded access enables you to receive care more quickly and at a lower cost.
Crossover Health is not a replacement for your current medical plan offered by Stanford. Rather, an enhancement to your existing plan. At Crossover, you’ll develop an ongoing relationship with an interdisciplinary care team that will address your health concerns and look at your health history, environment, and unique circumstances that affect your complete well-being. If you need care outside of Crossover, they can also assist with that.

All services are in network under Aetna’s plans and are available to full-time Stanford employees and their eligible adult dependents (18 years and older) enrolled in one of the abovementioned health plans.

| Preventive Care | Start with an annual physical or preventive health assessment. Your yearly exam helps ensure good health throughout the year, and for years to come. Assessments include: blood pressure reading, mental health baseline, recommendation for relevant screenings. |

| Mental Health | If you are going through any of the following, Crossover's mental health providers can help with: Anxiety/depression, sleep, grief/trauma, LGBTQ+ health, relationships, chronic pain. |
| Health Coaching | Crossover’s coaches will look at what drives you and the behaviors that can shape (or challenge) your progress. Coaches can help with: Mood and stress levels, sleep, energy and movement, nutrition, work-life balance, setting realistic goals, goal tracking. |
| Physical Therapy | Physical Therapists work closely with the rest of your care team to diagnose and treat: Musculoskeletal conditions (low back, knee pain, etc.), sore and stiff joints, post-surgery rehabilitation, injury prevention and education, ergonomic assessments, exercise plans. |
| Chiropractic Care | Chiropractors collaborate with you and your whole care team to address the source of your muscle, joint, or nerve pain, including: neck pain/headaches, posture problems, muscle and joint pain, sprains/strains, spinal stenosis,low back/hip pain, sciatica, disc herniations, sports injuries. |
| Care Navigation | Care Navigators work with you to find high-quality care outside of Crossover as needed. This includes concierge referrals to the lowest cost, highest quality, in-network specialists available. Crossover Care Navigation can assist with: specialist referrals and setting appointments; health care paperwork management, labs and imaging, preventive care and immunization status, member support. |

If the medication you are prescribed is not carried by the Health Center, your care team can send the prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Prescriptions dispensed outside of Crossover will be billed according to your health insurance.
