IRS Form 1095-C Delivery:Form 1095-C will be provided by the beginning of March. Benefits-eligible employees may elect to receive Form 1095 electronically (e-delivery), by logging into the ACA 1095 Portal and electing the delivery preference by Jan. 1. All others will receive the 1095 by U.S. Mail. |
