If you undergo an employment status change, your benefits may also change.
The following employment status changes may affect your benefits coverage:
- New hire/rehire
- Change from full-time (75%-100% FTE) to part-time (50%-74% FTE) employment, or vice versa
- Change in hours below 50% FTE
- Get rehired/recalled as a retiree

*Remember, your medical plan eligibility is based on your home zip code. You must make changes within 31 days of the first day your new address takes effect, and if necessary, select a new medical plan.
