Physical Wellness: Build Healthy Habits

Emotional & Mental Health: Check in with Yourself

Stanford provides faculty and staff and their family members with access to a range of support, from counseling and discussion groups to guided help through everyday challenges and relationship issues. In addition to these programs, review what is covered as in-network care on the Medical Plan Comparison Tool.

 

Stanford Faculty Staff Help Center

The center provides professional, confidential short-term counseling services for you and your family, up to 10 sessions, based on need and an assessment on the first visit. FSHC is free to Stanford employees, retirees, and eligible dependents up to age 26. Employees living outside California can access similar services through SupportLinc. Meru Health: Online, guided program

Meru Health is a 12-week online program that will help you take steps to improve your mental well-being, starting with a consultation with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. The program is available for free to benefits-eligible employees and their adult dependents who are enrolled in a university medical plan, and is currently available to participants nationwide. Brightline: Child and adolescent mental health support

Brightline is an in-network provider for young child and adolescent mental health support, available to you and your enrolled dependent children under 18 when you are enrolled in a Stanford medical plan. The program addresses anxiety, depression, behavior issues, ADHD, and other common conditions. Read more about Brightline

Stanford Red Folder: Supporting students in crisis or distress

Student Affairs provides guidance for everyone supporting student well-being at Stanford, through a website and a printed resource called the Red Folder. This resource also includes on-campus and off-campus crisis resources. View the Red Folder website

Employee Financial Assistance
