Retirees have access to vision care, which includes annual eye exams, contact lenses, and/or frames.
2026 Plan Information

| Frames | Once every calendar year | Increased for 2026 Covered up to $250 retail allowance every calendar year, plus 20% off any amount above the allowance. $135 allowance at Costco® Optical, Walmart, and Sam's Club. |
| Contact lenses | Once every calendar year in lieu of frames and lenses | If elective: Materials covered in full up to $150. Standard and premium fit covered in full after copay (15% off contact lens exam services; copay will never exceed $80.) If medically necessary: Plan pays 100% after $25 copay when prescribed by doctor. |
| Extras | Including scratch-resistant coating, anti-reflective coating, progressives and sunglasses | Standard progressive lenses covered in full. Premium and custom progressive lenses covered after $40 copay. Average savings of 30% on other lens enhancements. |

| Frames | Once every calendar year | Plan pays 100%, up to $200, after $25 materials copay with a VSP doctor. $110 allowance at Costco Optical, Walmart and Sam's Club. Additional pairs of glasses with a VSP doctor or sunglasses receive 20% off. |
| Contact lenses | Once every calendar year in lieu of frames and lenses | If elective, the Plan covers fitting and evaluation with VSP doctor at 15% off contact lens exam services; copay will never exceed $60. Plan pays up to $150. If medically necessary Plan pays 100% after $25 copay when prescribed by doctor. |
| Extras | Including scratch-resistant coating, anti-reflective coating, progressives and sunglasses | Discounted through your VSP provider, Costco Optical, Walmart and Sam's Club. |
