You may elect various investment options between our investment providers, Fidelity and TIAA.

Transfer Investment Funds

You can transfer investment funds from one investment company to another by following the steps:

Fidelity and/or Vanguard to TIAA

Transfer funds from Fidelity and/or Vanguard fund into a TIAA fund

  1. Call TIAA to request a Transfer Request Form.
  2. Complete the form and return it to TIAA.
  3. TIAA will forward your transfer request directly to Fidelity.
  4. Fidelity will send a check along with your transfer request back to TIAA.
  5. TIAA will invest the transferred amount in the TIAA funds as you direct.

TIAA to Fidelity and/or Vanguard

Transfer funds from TIAA fund into a Fidelity and/or Vanguard fund

  1. Call Fidelity to request a Transfer Request Form.
  2. Complete the form and return it to Fidelity.
  3. Fidelity will forward your transfer request directly to TIAA.
  4. TIAA will send a check along with your transfer request back to Fidelity.
  5. Fidelity will invest the transferred amount in the Fidelity/Vanguard funds as you direct.
