Join other professionals and co-workers in one or more collaborative communities. Make connections, solve work-related problems, or explore new topics with folks who have similar professions. Do you use Drupal or Wordpress? There are groups for that. Are you a remote or distributed worker? Yes, there's a group! Do you create podcasts? Join the Podcast Creators group. Lots of groups, so review the descriptions in the directory and contact organizers of the group(s) you wish to join!
There are many staff groups for social/personal connections, too.
