Facility Rentals for Technology Training

University IT Technology Training manages four training facilities, which are available for all Stanford departments and groups to rent for instructional and other approved uses. Off-campus groups may also rent the facilities if sponsored by a Stanford group that provides a university account number (PTA).
Each one of Technology Training's computer labs is equipped with computers for course attendees, a networked printer, an AV system and whiteboards. Turing Auditorium is a lecture hall, but also has a built-in AV system, including computers for an instructor or presenter.
Facilities are available for use Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on a fee basis.
