Stepping Stones to Success Program

The Stepping Stones to Success (SSTW) workplace education program is open to all Stanford staff, including employees from Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE), Land, Buildings & Real Estate (LBRE), SLAC, the Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER), as well as those affiliated with Stanford Health Care (SHC), Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH), and the School of Medicine.
Designed for working learners, the program offers a range of courses in English at all proficiency levels, workplace Spanish and English, foundational office skills, trades mathematics, digital literacy, basic bilingual AI skills, Pre-GED and GED preparation, citizenship, and college readiness. Some courses are available online, while others are held on-site. The program also offers life-skills workshops in both English and Spanish, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) assessment, which can be scheduled to accommodate any number of participants.
