On-Site Early Childhood Education Programs

Stanford has six on-site early childhood education programs that serve children in the Stanford community ranging in age from infants to five years old. All offer the highest level of care, supervision and education.

Pine Cone Children’s Center at the Stanford Redwood City campus is scheduled to open fall 2019. The waitlist application for this child care facility is available. Learn more about this new facility, enrollment and application details on the Pine Cone Children's Center webpage.

Stock Farm Road Children’s Center (SFRCC) serves children ages 8 weeks to Preschool with a larger enrollment capacity for children aged 8 weeks to 3 years of age and a total enrollment capacity of 124 children. SFRCC is open to Stanford University affiliates and Stanford Hospital/LPCH affiliates. Enrollment priority is given to faculty, clinician educators, students and postdocs, university staff, employees of Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health, respectively.

The Stanford Arboretum Children's Center (SACC) serves children ages 8 weeks to 5 years and has an enrollment capacity of 138 children. SACC is open to Stanford University affiliates and Stanford Health Care/Stanford Children's Health employees. Enrollment priority is given to faculty, students & postdocs, university staff, employees of Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health, respectively.

Stanford West Children's Center is located in the Stanford West Apartments. It serves children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and has an enrollment capacity of 106 children. Stanford West is open to affiliates of Stanford University and Stanford Hospital/LPCH. Enrollment priority is given to Stanford West Apartments’ residents, faculty, students & postdocs, university staff, employees of Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health, respectively.

The Children’s Center of the Stanford Community (CCSC) is a non-profit parent participation program serving children ages 8 weeks to 5 years and has a capacity of 144 children. Parents may participate in their child’s classroom for a reduced tuition fee. Enrollment priority is given to faculty, students & postdocs, and university staff, respectively.

Pine Cone Children’s Center (PCCC) is the newest facility in the university’s network of onsite child care centers. Opening in fall 2019, PCCC has capacity for 120 children and will serve children ages eight weeks through five years. Located at the Stanford Redwood City campus enrollment priority is given to faculty, students & postdocs, university staff, employees of Stanford Health Care and  Stanford Children’s Health, respectively.

Bing Nursery School
