What is one fun fact about you?
Our family used to own a small coffee plantation in El Salvador! My mother used to give us coffee instead of milk, hence my coffee addiction!
What is one thing that you like about working at Stanford?
The most rewarding part of my job is when I help a patron out and see how they walk out satisfied at the end of the day. Who knows, maybe I was the last link in finding a cure for something, or I was the last link to help a patient...
Tell us briefly about an event, project, program or initiative you were involved with at Stanford that you're most proud of.
Gosh! There are so many! The one that sticks out is the fact that on a couple of Stanford disasters "Flooded Library" I was one of the first responders to save our precious books!
What is one of your favorite memories while working at Stanford?
Looking through my window facing the court yard and seeing all the intellectual people walk by
