What is one fun fact about you?
You can find me wearing a fancy suit on every "dress-down" Friday. When people dress down, I dress up! And I own a wooden bowtie.
What is one thing that you like about working at Stanford?
I'm a "People person," and I like Diversity. Plus, I like that I have the opportunity to learn something new from my colleagues.
Tell us briefly about an event, project, program or initiative you were involved with at Stanford that you're most proud of.
I am part of the BSA - Black Staff Alliance. And I encourage others to get involved as well. Now I have a voice, and they listen.
What is one of your favorite memories while working at Stanford?
A few years ago before COVID, I performed two songs live at my Pediatrics Holiday party at the Alumni Center.
Leave your Legacy: What piece of guidance would you give a new hire at Stanford?
Follow your dreams and believe in yourself. This is my motto, "Learn something new every day."
