  • Management and leadership of best practices: get support with applying management and leadership best practices to your unique situations and challenges

Wellness Check-In

• BeWell offers personalized one-on-one support with a certified health and wellness coach to help you reflect on what’s important and help set a path forward so that you thrive in the multiple roles you play in work and life
• One 20-30-minute session

Lifestyle Coaching

• Enroll in Lifestyle Coaching for personalized support over multiple sessions. Coaching conversations can be centered around Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management, Wellness, Smoking and Vaping Cessation, or Weight Management
• Three sessions: 1 hour for the first session, followed by two 45-minute sessions
• $275 (STAP-eligible)
• Earn 4,000 BeWell points
• Available to all employees

Coaching for Clinicians

• Evidence-based individualized coaching program offers health care providers a safe and confidential space to reflect on what it means to reach their full potential (partnership with WellMD/WellPhD and BeWell)
• Topics may include self-compassion, setting healthy boundaries/self-advocacy, imposter phenomenon, navigating work and home demands, enhancing professional fulfillment, discerning true priorities, and prioritizing self-care
• Five sessions: 90 minutes for the first session, three 45-minute sessions, and a 30-minute check-in within three months
• $450 (STAP-eligible)
• Earn 4,000 BeWell points
• Available to School of Medicine faculty, residents, fellows, nurses, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), behavioral health providers, therapists, and other licensed clinicians

• Personalized and confidential career counseling with independent career counselors for support with career exploration and navigation, job search, and other career development topics
• $175 per hour; staff may request reimbursement for up to $500 per fiscal year from available STAP funds
• Available to benefits-eligible staff employees

• Professional and confidential counseling with licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists and experienced interns about work-related or personal issues
  • job-related, relationship, parent-child, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, addiction, retirement, and other issues

• Available to benefits-eligible faculty and staff employees who live in California
