Staff Training Assistance Program (STAP)
STAP provides reimbursement for tuition, registration fees and required textbooks for any training activity directly related to your job or a career development effort.
STAP funds expire Aug. 31
Don’t leave money on the table! STAP funds can be used for a wide range of courses, webinars, and workshops. The course start date must be no later than Aug. 31 to qualify for FY26 STAP funding. Events starting Sept. 1 or later will be reimbursed from FY27 funds.
