Open Labs

Attending an interactive Open Lab for employees will help you learn more about the GPS process, provide a system demo, showcase helpful tips, and offer the opportunity to ask questions.

Workshops

Workshops will provide an overview of the GPS process and guidance on enhancing the quality of conversations regarding performance management, including tips and tools.

These courses are open to all staff and people managers participating in the GPS program and are capped at 90 participants per session. Please note each school/business unit determines deadlines for various phases throughout the performance management lifecycle, which may occur at varying times throughout this training schedule.
