Monitor a Donation Bin

Having collection bins for the Cardinal at Work Cares fall donation drive in several areas where people can conveniently drop off donation items is crucial to the success of the drive. A simple way you can help is to be a collection bin monitor throughout the month of November.

Here’s all you have to do:

1. Starting Sept. 1, 2024, you will be able to fill out a form to request a donation bin. (The Cardinal at Work Cares team will provide you with everything you need to set it up.)

2. Choose a location for the bin where employees in your area are apt to see it. (Shared kitchen or break areas, office lobbies, or frequently used conference rooms are likely candidates.)

3. Generate enthusiasm and encourage donations among your team/department/unit throughout the month of November.

4. Drop off donations to an assembly party site. Specific drop-off times and locations will depend on your location and will be communicated to you in advance.
