The IDEAL Learning Journey is a shared experience to help us build awareness, strengthen skills and apply positive approaches in our daily interactions so we feel respected and have a sense of belonging. 

Let's learn together to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.



Staff members invited to join the Learning Journey (faculty may also join)


Staff or faculty who have started or completed the Learning Journey (as of February 2024)


Choose what to learn based on your availability. 10 minutes? 30 minutes? One hour or longer? You've got learning options. We heard your feedback that you're crunched for time; this tool helps you identify what you can learn based on how much time you have.

Strengthen your skills and set up positive actions with an e-learning module on Racial Equity and Allyship and attend an optional live virtual workshop facilitated by experts.
