Show Appreciation

Part of the Cardinal at Work employee experience is recognizing that a little gratitude goes a long way.

Take some time to show appreciation for your peers or your team by sending a digital card through email or Slack, or changing your Zoom background.

The best recognition is specific and descriptive — so add some insight to your message. And while National Employee Appreciation Day is in March and Administrative Professionals Day is in April each year, gratitude is always in season.
