Becoming a parent can be joyful and transformative. It can also be incredibly challenging and isolating. Navigating all the uncertainty, triumphs and disappointments can be overwhelming. Sharing experiences, supportive practices, strategies and educational resources can help reduce the overwhelm within the first year postpartum.
Join us in a safe, confidential and interactive discussion group designed to nurture you, share parenting postpartum experiences and create supportive connections between parents with babies 0-12 months.
Participants decide what to talk about in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
This is a FREE monthly drop-in discussion group facilitated by the WorkLife Office and the Faculty Staff Help Center.
