Event Details:
This event is open to:
The past four years have seen remarkable shifts in the way we work and how we manage the competing demands on our time. Boundaries between work and our lives have blurred, and personal priorities have changed. When it comes to “work-life balance”, it’s easy to feel out of control, and pulled in many different directions.
This workshop reframes the idea of “work-life balance”, acknowledging the intersectionality of our work and our lives and how each influences the other. You will uncover the values that are most important to you, so that you can align your decision-making with those values. You will leave with strategies to navigate worklife conflict and improve your ability to manage your time and energy, so you can spend them on the things that matter most to you.
