Download the UHR-DEIB Office’s first annual report

The UHR Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (UHR-DEIB) recently completed its inaugural annual report, which is now available on Cardinal at Work.

The report shares details about the UHR-DEIB team’s efforts from its founding in November 2021 to June 2023. The UHR-DEIB Office was created as part of the IDEAL strategic vision for staff to provide leadership, facilitate alignment, and promote practices supporting the university's staff equity and inclusion vision, strategy, and programs.

The annual report provides detailed information about the work the UHR-DEIB Office has done to embrace diversity, advance equity, and cultivate inclusion for staff. Within the report, the UHR-DEIB team outlines the vision and strategy for their work, provides an overview of the programs and initiatives they offer, and summarizes key accomplishments made in collaboration with departments, units, and schools across the university.
