Stanford Administrative Champions honored by the 2024 Admin Awards
The Stanford Administrative Champions has been honored with the Team Achiever Award from the 2024 Admin Awards.
Stanford Administrative Champions (SAC) is a sponsored community of practice that has grown to include a Slack channel of 1,400 subscribers, 15 core team members, and four team leads. The Admin Awards recognized SAC for successfully implementing a mentorship program for admins and a one-stop-shop website for resources, among other things.
SAC's four team leads accepted the award on behalf of the group. They are:
- Angelina Sepulveda in University HR
- Ginny Smith from Stanford Law School
- Kimberly Meade from School of Medicine
- Lynette Williams in School of Humanities & Sciences

The Admin Awards are the only public recognition program of its kind in the country that focuses on recognizing and rewarding the achievements, dedication, and importance of Administrative Professionals.
