The Flexible Work Manager Playbook, which provides a framework and guidance regarding remote and hybrid work arrangements, has been updated to reflect what we’ve learned since its first release in June and to reference current policies and processes.

Updated content includes:

  • New Policies and Systems sections
  • An updated Roadmap to Flexibility PowerPoint deck, which can be used to describe Stanford’s approach to flexible work and to inform your school/unit of where we are in the process
  • Expanded Common Use Cases to guide conversations around flexible work topics
  • Guidance for individual contributors
  • Modifications to the Glossary of Terms, Discussion Guide and Common Use Cases, Decision Tree, etc., to align to the recent policy updates
