The Contemplation by Design (CBD) Summit is Stanford’s annual celebration on slowing down to live better. This free event will take place October 30 – November 8. Register for the sessions that interest you, and earn a BeWell Berry for each that you attend.
CBD imparts valuable contemplative practices for handling stress so we can lead happier and more fulfilling lives. Speakers include eminent psychologists, neuroscientists and spiritual leaders.
We often let stress at work and home weaken our physical and emotional health, which can cause issues with our family and co-workers. Attend the summit to calm your mind, relax your body, and enrich your life.
