Individuals and/or work groups are welcome to join! If you join as an individual, you will be assigned to a team and work together with your designated team on solving the challenge that the team undertakes. This enables you to experience the full methodology and gain real experience with design thinking.

If you join the workshop with one or more members of your work group, you can choose to work on one of the business problems facing your team. This enables you to gain the maximum benefit and transfer the learning to your team (i.e., concepts, vocabulary, process etc.)!

We want to solve today's workplace challenges with a cutting-edge concept called "design thinking." Applying this to workplace challenges means working collaboratively with our stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions that are human centric. This is a three-day workshop conducted over the course of eight weeks. It is intended for those who would like to leap into design thinking and are motivated to solve the challenges of today's workplace.

Weekly Homework:
Please note that this program includes weekly homework, intended to help you implement the techniques and reap significant benefits. It is recommended that you plan on spending one hour per week to complete weekly homework. This translates to approximately 8 hours of homework in total, spread out over 8 weeks.

Drop Policy:
If you drop a class within two business days before the class start date, you will be charged the full course fee + $75
