This session is designed for those caregivers of loved ones of any age and circumstance. The speaker will provide an overview of legal, financial and health strategies for navigating complex systems when in a crisis due to changes in one’s own health or that of a frail loved one. Speaker will distribute information on organizing legal documents, designating a trusted loved one as Durable Power of Attorney for Health and Financial Decision-Making. These forms are critical for all adults to have completed as we cannot predict when a medical crisis might take place. Session will include an interactive Q and A and strategies for facilitating difficult conversation with your loved ones.
