By improving our virtual communication, community and presence, we can reduce the  disconnection within our team and work better together. Drawing insights from psychology and the world of business, this workshop explores how we can take control of our virtual environment and feel more connected and effective at virtual work.

In this workshop, you will:
  • Explore the challenges and opportunities you face working in 100% virtual teams
  • Examine how to reduce the operational gap in our teams through improved communication
  • Practice building a virtual community to reduce our affinity distance
  • Analyze our online brand and considered how effective it is in maintaining our presence
  • Start writing an action plan with tangible steps you can take to work more effectively
