Changing our culture to reflect a workplace that truly values each individual, is free from systemic or personal racism, and is focused on inclusiveness, will involve all of us taking meaningful action. The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access in a Learning environment initiative, or IDEAL, sprang from the university's long-range vision.


 

The IDEAL Learning Journey

The learning journey is a flexible experience for over 15,000 of us to raise our collective awareness, strengthen our skills, and help us transform our culture into one that embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, so we each feel free to be our whole selves.
