Inclusive Dialogue

Main content start

Inclusive dialogue with others can help people feel heard and understood, as well as help them feel a sense of belonging. Inclusive dialogue can also help prevent tensions or barriers from arising in a conversation or diffuse them if they do. IBIS, our expert vendor partner, developed this resource to support each of you in having discussions with colleagues.

  • To make the best use of this tool, it is strongly recommended you participate in the optional workshop in Part 2 of the Learning Journey. This tool is intended as a workplace resource and does not represent university policy.
  • To access the tool, you must be logged into Google Shared Drive with your Stanford account, not a personal email account outside of Stanford. Tool permissions are for Stanford employees only and the copyright prohibits sharing the document with anyone other than a Stanford employee.
