Welcome to the refreshed Cardinal at Work website

The refreshed look of the website is designed to be easier to read and more accessible while still containing the same great information to enhance your employee experience.

You’ve likely noticed many Stanford websites lately have a refreshed look and feel, with more white space and larger imagery, due in part to an enterprise-wide effort to move to the updated Drupal 9 web content management system.

Cardinal at Work has now also been migrated to the new platform. While the structure of the content remains the same, there are some visible differences, such as the use of a darker typeface to provide better color contrast, making it easier to read for more of our population. But that’s not all. Here are some other key changes you may experience:

Primary navigation: The menu labels are the same, but the upper navigation will now be static across the site, appearing on each webpage so you can easily go from one section of the site to another and to the homepage.
Subsite navigation: Once you are within a subsite; e.g., Benefits & Rewards, the menu will appear in the left-hand column.
Modernization: The Drupal 9 platform features security and accessibility enhancements.
