Help shape Stanford's employment experience and future recruitment efforts

Did you know the unemployment rate in the Bay Area is less than three percent and there is less than one person available for every open position? For any employer in the Bay Area, it has become increasingly challenging to retain and recruit top talent. 

Stanford is no different, which is why University Human Resources (UHR) has embarked on an initiative to understand how Stanford is perceived as an employer and what aspects of the employment experience are most valued.

No one knows what it's like to work at Stanford more than our own employees. To define and drive Stanford’s recruitment marketing strategies and shape the employee experience, UHR will conduct an online survey February 3-19, 2020 and follow up with focus group sessions shortly after. 

The online survey and focus group sessions will be administered by TMP Worldwide, a leader in employer brand management and recruitment marketing. In February, the survey invitation will be sent to a representative sample of our staff population collecting insights about the staff employment experience. The results will lay the foundation for telling our employment story and help recruit people like you, who share our passion and vision.
