Course Overview:
Are you continually having to adapt to change and navigate a new way forward? Has it been challenging to embrace change that was initiated elsewhere? Are you having to deal with uncertainties and move yourself and others forward in the face of ambiguity?
Change is a constant: technology advances, restructuring efforts, and adaptations brought about by a changing economic, social, and political trend all impact change and require navigational skills. The challenge is to implement change with minimal resistance and downtime. But that is easier said than done.
The Mastery of Change workshop offers tools for teams and individuals who are dealing with change initiatives. The workshop provides a practical opportunity to develop a change implementation plan while exploring real change and transition issues with your colleagues. You will participate in a forum in which real change issues are discussed and real planning takes place. You will learn how to manage your own and others’ resistance and navigate the transition more effectively.
