The People Piece of Leadership (2-part)
Participants learn approaches for navigating the people-side of leading including dealing with stress and challenging interactions, approaches to maintaining composure and resilience in high-stakes environments, and tools for cultivating empathy and understanding with their people through high EQ, effective listening and powerful questions that do more than commands ever could.
In this session participants will:
- Define emotional intelligence/ emotional quotient
- Understand the biology of emotion
- Share tools to deepen self-awareness and resilience in challenging situations
Course dates: 10/22 1-2:30pm, 10/29 9-10am
Course fee: $200 (STAP eligible)
