Course overview:As teams grow and shift in the way of work changes, the chances increase for unnecessary communication breakdown and churn. It's increasingly important that employees are able to understand the diverse approaches to communication and collaboration and learn to navigate these differences with all the team members. When they do, they're rewarded with greater trust, stronger relationships, increased efficiencey and better results.
In this session, participants will:
- Identify their own communication style
- Explore the nuances of communication and collaboration preferences on their team
- Learn and practice concrete tools to communicate with their colleagues and stakeholders more effectively
