What do most people want to get better at, regardless of where they work? It's having those important conversations with the people they work with when something needs to be improved. Yet it actually doesn't have to be painful - if there is a change in mindset and approach.
In this session, participants learn how to navigate some of the conversations that matter most in the workplace in a way that motivates, builds trust and gets results rather than feeling awkward and tense and straining relationships. In this session you will:
- Learn a time-tested model to effectively provide feedback to someone you work with.
- Explore techniques for next level listening that help all parties feel heard and understood.
- Develop a solutions-oriented and partnership-focused mindset to navigate challenging situations with teammates and partners.
- Practice giving critical feedback in a way that is clear and constructive.
Course fee: $200
