Join this session to learn strategies to have greater confidence and influence communicating at all levels and set yourself up to truly demonstrate your capability and leadership. 

In this session, participants will: 

• Develop the mindset needed to influence at all levels
• Explore tools to effectively state their case and tailor their message
• Utilize communication tools that build trust and credibility and demonstrate resourcefulness
• Practice concise communication and the skill of bottom lining while conveying an idea

Format: Two sessions; Main session (1.5 hours) and Follow-up session (1 hour)
