We are all striving to do more, work faster, and play harder - and there never seems to be enough time to get it all done. This workshop focuses on helping participants identify the small steps of change to move from surviving into thriving, based on managing energy differently while building resilience.
In this session, participants will:
- Complete a personal Energy Audit
- Explore strategies to build resilience through times of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity
- Identify behaviors to stop/start/continue to increase energy management
- Create an action plan focused on accountability and small steps of change
Course dates: Oct 28 2-3:30pm and Nov 4 9-10am
Course Fee: $200
