Motherhood is a huge life transition! Our experienced instructors create a safe, supportive, nurturing environment to empower women through this transformative experience while also providing the opportunity to connect with other mothers. The pace of our classes accommodate the needs of all pre- and post-natal mothers. Quarterly program fee allows access to both classes.

Wednesday 12:00–12:50 p.m.: Pre & Post-Natal Yoga
Set to a calming and uplifting soundtrack, you’ll enjoy a gentle flow of strengthening and stretching with a profound focus on the breath. Mindfulness is woven throughout, along with ease and clarity of instruction to help mothers get your body, mind, and heart strong and calm to endure labor, delivery, and parenting.
Friday 11:00–11:50 a.m.: Pre & Post-Natal Fitness
Get moving with an easy going combination of cardiovascular and strength training, followed by stretching to help you stay active through your pregnancy and post-partum journey.
Staff and faculty: $110
Alumni, hospital employees, partners, spouses, retirees, dependents over 18: $120
BeWell: $60 (eligible Stanford staff and faculty who have completed their SHALA in the current year)
Stanford students, Faculty/Staff and Stanford Community are eligible to participate in the Group Fitness Program. Stanford Community members are Dependents 18 and older, Spouses, Hospital Employees who have purchased an Athletic Access Card, Alums who have purchased an Alumni Membership, Retirees, or Partners of a Student, Faculty or Staff.
