Winter HIP and Stanford Rec classes begin

Stanford Medicine's Health Improvement Program (HIP) offers an array of fitness and healthy living classes each quarter, and Stanford Recreation offers a Group Fitness Pass at $60 (full price is $110) for unlimited access to all classes available on the Stanford Recreation Group Fitness Schedule.
