Adolescence is a period of rapid growth and changes that can be both enriching and challenging for parents and teens alike.
If you are a parent of a teen between ages 13 to 19 years of age, come join our discussion group where we hope to create a safe space to both learn about relevant teen topics as well as discuss tools and resources. Each month we will pick a topic for psycho-education such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, boundary setting, or communication, followed by group discussion.
