Welcome to the Grow and Perform at Stanford performance program.
This job aid aims to assist you through providing feedback to colleagues process step-by-step.
Launching GPS
- Navigate to Axess, https://axess.sahr.stanford.edu/, and log in using your SuNET ID.
- Select “Employee Center” in the navigation at the top of the webpage.
- Scroll down to the Performance Management menu in the right-hand column of the webpage and select the Grow and Perform at Stanford (GPS) System link.
Providing Feedback to Colleagues
- Select the request notification hyperlink “ You Are Requested to Provide Feedback for ________”
- Select “Provide Participant Feedback”
- Select “Evaluate”
- Enter your feedback comments
- Select “Save and Close”
- Note: The character limit is 2,000.
- Select “ Submit”
Note: The following questions are included in the feedback form sent to participants.
- Provide at least one example of how the employee has accomplished their essential job functions.
- List at least one area of opportunity for the employee’s improvement within their practice and professional growth.
- Give at least one example where the employee has demonstrated a Core competency and/or value.
- Give at least one example of how the employee has provided a positive experience in their area.
