Welcome to the Grow and Perform at Stanford performance program. 

This job aid aims to assist you through the goal-setting reporting process step-by-step. All steps for you to complete will be purple, and all notes will be highlighted in teal. 

Launching GPS

1. Navigate to Axess by entering https://axess.sahr.stanford.edu/ into your browser search bar and log in using your SuNET ID.
2. Select “Employee Center” in the navigation at the top of the webpage.
3. Scroll down to the Performance Management menu in the right-hand column of the webpage and select the Grow and Perform at Stanford (GPS) System link.
