Providing Feedback to Colleagues Job Aid for Managers

Welcome to the Grow and Perform at Stanford performance program. 

This goal-setting job aid aims to assist you through the providing feedback to colleagues process step-by-step. All steps for you to complete will be purple, and all notes will be highlighted in teal. 

Launching GPS

  1. Navigate to Axess and login using your SuNET ID.
  2. Select 'Employee Center' in the navigation at the top of the webpage.
  3. Scroll down to the Performance Management menu in the right-hand column of the webpage and select Grow and Perform at Stanford (GPS) System.

Providing Feedback to Colleagues

Step 1: Select the request notification hyperlink.

Step 2: Select Provide Participant Feedback.

Step 3: Select Evaluate.

Step 4: Enter your feedback comments.

Step 5: Select Save and Close.

Step 6: Select Submit.

Note: The following questions are included in the feedback form sent to participants. Questions are optional.

  1. Provide at least one example of how the employee has accomplished their essential job functions.
  2. List at least one area of opportunity for the employee’s improvement within their practice and professional growth.
  3. Give at least one example where the employee has demonstrated a Core competency and/or value.
  4. Give at least one example of how the employee has provided a positive experience in their area.
