Welcome to the Grow and Perform at Stanford performance program.
The purpose of this annual summary job aid is to assist you through the annual summary process step-by-step. All steps for you to complete will be in purple, and all notes will be highlighted in teal. No rating refers to the grading system employed by the Dean of Research, Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation, Graduate School of Business, Graduate School of Education, Humanities & Sciences, Vice President for the Arts and Vice Provost for Student Affairs.
This job aid will cover how to:
- Locate performance document in GPS
- Update your performance goals
- Complete your self-evaluation
- Complete your final feedback
Accessing the GPS website
- Navigate to Axess and login using your SuNET ID.
- Select 'Employee Center' in the navigation at the top of the webpage.
- Scroll down to the Performance Management menu in the right-hand column of the webpage and select Grow and Perform at Stanford (GPS) System.
1. Locate Your Performance Document in GPS
2. Complete your self-evaluation
3. Provide Final Feedback
Access your performance document after your manager has confirmed the meeting was held in GPS. Note: Comments are optional.
4. Update performance goals on your performance review
If you want to update the goals listed on your performance document, use the following screenshots. If not, you can skip to the 'Complete the Self-evaluation' section.
