New Recruitment Model

Staffing Services implemented a new recruitment service model to optimize the staff recruitment process.

  • We are expanding our pipeline of qualified candidates for the Administrative Associate job series (AA2, AA3 & AA4 positions)
  • In our efforts to support your recruitment needs, we are providing Behavioral Interviewing Tools and Guidelines
  • In Spring 2018, we will focus our efforts on developing recruitment strategies for Hard-to-Fill positions

 

Our Resources & Services include:

External Screening Services (during transition phase)
Screening
  • We provide recruitment support for regular positions during our transition phase (your department may incur a fee depending on the service requested)
Expanding Talent Channel Program (Administrative Associates Candidate Pipeline)
Sourcing
  • We are expanding our pipeline of qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the Administrative Associate job series (AA2, AA3 & AA4 positions)
Screening, Evaluating, & Recommending
  • We present qualified pipeline candidates to hiring teams after completing the following:
    • Evaluate resumes
    • Administer online eSkills assessments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and grammar skills)
    • Review and assess written responses
    • Complete initial phone screens
    • Complete reference checks
