Managers will find new self-guided step-by-step demonstrations on submitting, approving, and changing timecards. This page also houses additional resources to guide and support employees, their supervisors and timecard administrators by ensuring accurate time reporting.

People managers now have a new tool available in LinkedIn Learning, an enterprise learning platform provided at no cost by University HR. Call the "Curator" role, it allows managers to group learning content for team members, and then see progress, which could be useful for individual or shared learning experiences. The Staff Home Purchase Assistance Program has enabled 31 staff to become homeowners since its inception in 2021. During April, 60-minute information sessions are being held for staff and their family members to learn about the program and its shared equity approach to funding the down payment that provides up to $120,000. In addition, free financial wellness sessions are offered so staff can prepare for a future home purchase, including learning about the debt-to-income ratio, strategies to save for the down payment, and how to improve their credit score.   • A discussion group for managers has been announced. Supporting Each Other Through Today’s Challenges will be held at 12 p.m. on Zoom Tuesday, March 22. Even the most seasoned managers have been tested over the past two years.   • A communication toolkit has been developed for leaders and managers to use when communicating with your teams about The IDEAL Learning Journey. View a summary of the tools and access them all through Google shared drive (login with your Stanford account.) All eligible staff hired as of 3/1/22 will receive an invitation on 3/14/22; staff hired after 3/1/22 will receive an invitation after their onboarding progresses.
