The curriculum for Coaching Skills for Effective Leadership gives you a proven framework developed by practitioners and Stanford GSB faculty with immersive assignments to help you apply skills to real-world coaching conversations. The EFECT (Engage, Frame, Explore, Commit, and Test) framework walks you through the steps and skills needed to have effective coaching conversations. It makes coaching skills for managers more concrete and actionable.

Format:
This is a hybrid learning experience with two in-person sessions on campus: on Sept. 30 and Nov. 18, and three live virtual sessions on Oct. 7, Oct 21, and Nov 11. The full program runs from September 22 through November 21, and there are on-demand modules to be completed each week. Participants will receive pre-work and log-in information by email.
