Twenty-four participants are selected to attend the Leadership @ Stanford program each year. These individuals:
Participants are traditionally nominated by the most senior leader within their school or unit in partnership with their local human resources representative, and approved by the president and provost.
Nominees should be staff:
Participants meet for six two-day workshops, facilitated by Jeanette Lindsay, Talent Development Manager with University Human Resources; and Brian McDonald, President of MOR Associates.
The sessions are devoted to building expertise aligned to Stanford’s Leadership Attributes. Participants receive a 360-degree assessment and work with a professional coach on real-time issues related to their personalized development plan. Topics include:
